On to the instructions.
First open the covers on the back of the US housing and move the bulbs over to the Euro housing.
Then remove the shipping plug for the auto level motor on the euro housing. Yes, it is a pain, be patient and gentle.

Next remove the ballast from the US housing, You'll need a T-20 Tamper Proof Torx bit to remove the 6 screws around the edge of the ballast.
Ballast out of the light.
Remove the autolevel motor from the US housing by turning it clockwise and wiggling it/pivoting down. Be careful, this area does look delicate.

Installation is opposite of removal.
This is a good time to put the ballast back in and attach all of the wiring.
There is a difference in both the shape of the reflector and the cut off mask for the US and Euro lights, it's not just an expensive clear corners mod.

The reflector shapes were hard to take a good picture of, the Euro reflector is a bit shorter top to bottom and a bit longer front to back, more of a spot than a flood effect.
